Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026 · Applies to the Numo Math iPhone app and this website
The short version: Numo Math does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The app does not connect to the internet. Everything your child does in Numo Math stays on your device.
Who we are
Numo Math is made by Mohan Jeyasankar, an independent developer ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy, email mohanprakash462@gmail.com.
What the app stores, and where
To work, the app saves a small amount of information only on your device:
- Each player's first name or nickname, chosen avatar and age group, as typed in by you or your child.
- Progress: stars, levels completed, questions answered and how many were correct, practice time, streaks, coins, stickers and badges.
- Settings such as sound, haptics, read-aloud and the number pad.
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than showing progress inside the app.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, sign-in, email addresses or passwords.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
- No advertising, advertising identifiers or tracking across apps and websites.
- No analytics, crash-reporting or other third-party code in the app.
- No in-app purchases, subscriptions or links that take children out of the app.
Read aloud
When read-aloud is switched on, questions are spoken using Apple's built-in speech on the device. Nothing is recorded and no audio leaves the device.
Children's privacy
Numo Math is designed for children aged 5 to 12. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not collect personal information from children. This approach is designed to meet the expectations of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the UK Age Appropriate Design Code and the EU and UK GDPR. The Grown-ups area, where profiles and settings are managed, sits behind a parental check.
Deleting information
In the app, open Grown-ups to reset a player's progress or delete a player. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes everything it stored. As we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete, but you are welcome to contact us with any question.
Information from Apple
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as installs or crash counts. These do not identify you or your child. Apple's own handling of App Store data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses briefly to deliver and protect the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Numo Math handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect in the app.
